Classic reflexology, pregnancy, stress & anxiety, autoimmune and hand reflexology

6 x 1hr treatment sessions (£40 per session)

What is it?

Revive is for someone who would like to understand and experience the benefits of working on their health in a systematic way before committing their most valuable resources namely; time, money & energy. 

What's Included?

• An hour with me 1:1
• A dive into your health history and gain a better understanding of your body and how it can function optimally.
• Walk away with an action plan; small steps to start the process of healing with more energy, less pain & a clearer mind.

What is it?

The 4 week Rebalance package will identify and address the root cause  of your health concern and get you on the path of healing.  Whether it’s anxiety, overwhelm, gut issues, joint pain or fatigue, I hear you & I’m here for you.

• 1:1 sessions with me every week (in person or online)
• Full health history to deeply understand your health; past, present and future
• Create clarity with simple achievable steps. Establish a plan for what you need for you to rebalance and thrive.

What is it?

The 3-month thrive program: Invest in your health, by learning about your patterns, and triggers. Take control over your health journey and become an expert in your own body and wellbeing.

• An individualised action plan that’s achievable and will set in stone habits to last a lifetime.
